Ravi Agrawal is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been into practice since the last 34 years with a rich experience in various fields and industries.
Ravi Agrawal has previously worked with A.F. Ferguson & Co. (now Deloitte),one of the reputed Chartered Accountants firm in India. He is a member of the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society (BCAS) and was the past convener of the Andheri-Oshiwara CPE Study Circle of WIRC. He has got a vast experience in Audit, Internal Audit and Taxation. He has expertise in consultations for Direct and Indirect Tax laws, Goods and Service Tax (GST) consultations and Corporate restructuring. He specializes in the area of Audit of Banks, Limited Companies, Subsidiaries of Foreign Companies in India. He is skilled and has got a vast experience in handling Scrutiny Assessments for Direct and Indirect Tax at various levels. He has also been on the Panel of Offical Liquidators maintained by the High Court of Mumbai. He is also a Peer Reviewer with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
